is done using our proprietary 300-degree low-pressure vapor cleaners. The vapor is so hot that it just melts the soap scum and dirt right out of even hard-to-clean surfaces. We then extract the residues using conventional cleaners and rags. Occasionally a mild abrasive is used to clean and remove water spotting from the surface of the tile. Some porcelain tiles are affected by hard water. Our restorative shower cleaning will remove soap scum, mold, and minerals from the shower surface.
Vapor cleaning is highly effective in sanitizing the surface as well. Several studies have been published showing the viability of vapor-cleaning mold and other pathogens that can cause illness.
